STAR BIO Gel Pickling Paste
STAR BIO Gel Pickling Paste is used for cleaning weld seams and surrounding areas with nylon Plastic brush.
which are a unique Citric based products used for Pickling and passivation of Stainless Steel Which does not contain : HYDROFLUORIC ACID OR NITRIC ACID.
STAR Bio Gel Comes in gel form and is used for cleaning weld seams and surrounding areas with brush.
It is also used for removing heavy scale, annealing colors, discoloration, rust particles near weld and welding – affected area by heat.
STAR GEL is stain-free and does not impart yellow or black stains after washing with water. Moreover, it does not necessarily demand separate Passivation chemical process.
Area Coverage per kg : Approximately 90 to 100 meters of weld seam
How to apply :
- Apply STAR Bio Gel on the weld seams and surrounding areas with a nylon plastic brush.
- Leave the STAR Bio Gel on the weld seams areas for 30 – 45 minutes depending upon thickness of oxide scale.
- Use pressurized water Jet Spray or wipe the weld seam lightly with plastic scrubber.
- Rinse the surface thoroughly with water and allow it to dry.
